Crisis Support
The Crisis Support Program offers confidential, emotional and practical support in your time of need. We can help you with emergency food, prescriptions and heat. We can guide and support you in your
search for housing and financing and direct you to the community services in the
community. We can also provide one-on-one and family counselling when you or
your whole family need help in sorting things out.

We Can Help
The Caledon Assistance Fund helps families in financial crisis with food vouchers, prescriptions, emergency heat and other necessities. It is
sustained through the generous investments of caring individuals and community businesses.
Giving All Year Long
At Christmas time, the CCS Santa Fund collects food, toys, cash donations and winter clothing for
approximately 200 families in Caledon. The money raised over the holiday season
is used all year long, feeding hungry families, providing help with heat, and
serving as a final safety net for our most at-risk community residents.
